Do you take commissions or requests?

At the moment, I am not taking commissions or requests. That’s not to say I’m not open to suggestions, though! Feel free to e-mail me if you have any specific ideas!

Where do you buy frames?

I’ve framed all my work with thin-bordered frames from Amazon. But any 11×17 frames will do! There are lots of options at various retail stores as well, such as Target, Michael’s, etc.

What is the proper way to frame your artwork?

Lots of options here. First, I prefer black or white frames, just to make sure the color of the frame doesn’t distract from the image itself. You also need to decide whether you want a mat to frame the artwork, or whether you want the piece to reach all the way to the edges of the frame. Mat frames allow for a lot of clearance between the frame and the artwork. However, all of my work has a a decent amount of white clearance on the borders already, so my personal recommendation is to just use a straight 11×17 frame.

How long does shipping take?

Domestic ($5 Flat Fee):

  • First Class: 3-5 Business Days
  • Priority: 1-3 Business Days

International  ($20 Flat Fee):

  • First Class: 7-21 Days
  • Recipients will be responsible for any custom / VAT fees that may occur

Notes

  • Orders are typically shipped within 2-3 days
  • Packages are shipped from Irvine, CA via USPS.
  • Any packages returned to my address that require reshipment will be charged an additional $5 ($20 for international). Typical examples of packages being returned include:
    • Missing apartment / unit numbers
    • Wrong address
    • Package not picked up by recipient from post office
    • ETC

What if my print arrives damaged or with items missing?

In the event of damaged / missing prints, I will send replacements for affected items free of charge, so long as I receive notice within 14 days of delivery. For damaged items, please send photo evidence to free.dlc.artwork@gmail.com so I can file a claim with USPS.

You may keep the original item.

Returns

All sales are final. However, I accept exchanges for items damaged during transit.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be made within the first 24 hours of placing your order. Please send an e-mail to free.dlc.artwork@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The poster(s) you ordered
  • The posters(s) you would like to receive instead

Cancellations

Cancellations are permitted within the first 24 hours of placing your order.

If I don’t hear from you after 14 days from my last attempt to resolve a shipping / order issue, your order will be cancelled and not eligible for a refund.

Any packages returned to my address that require reshipment will be charged an additional $5 ($20 for international). Typical examples of packages being returned include:
